1. Self-management of the creator of a firm 2. Market analysis 3. Detailed project plan 4. Finance structure 5. Business plan 6. Legal forms of companies in France and in the Czech Republic 7. Negotiation 8. Presentation of a business plan

Learning activities and teaching methods

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to introduce the issues of entrepreneurship and the related financial management and legal background. The students are able to make a business plan. Soft skills such as negotiation, presentation and self-management are taken into account. The course is designed in an interactive way using innovative methods in the context of e-learning environment Moodle. Students work with the up-to-date materials and thus acquire the active vocabulary of economics meeting the needs of the labour market.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The students are able to make a business plan.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Student performance, Seminar Work

E-learning work by means of the Moodle interface. Responding to discussions, fulfillment of the tasks assigned in Moodle. Mandatory readings. The course is completed by elaboration of a business plan and by an oral exam.
