Course content
The characteristics as in the following scheme are defined for each type of legal subject: Introduction of the association and its purpose Conditions for founding Rights and duties Principles of operation (statutory bodies, audit bodies) Anchoring of civil society in the legal system: 1. Professional associations in freelance professions 2. Professional associations in the construction sector 3. Professional associations in the agricultural sector

Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to present the civil associations, their legal characteristics and French particularities of the associations.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The students are able to analyse and to write a text relating to civil associations in France.
