Learning outcomes
The course is focused on commercial law and it presents the types of business companies and their legal characteristics (legal form, types of companies).
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The student is able to analyse and to write a text on legal principles of operation of business companies in France.
