1. Introduction to team management, the profile and duties of a team leader, team roles. 2. Stages of evolution of a team, building, organizing and negotiation of the team's targets. 3. Work with a team, motivation tools and regularities. 4. Team couching.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with team management both from theoretical and practical point of view. In this course, the students will have to resolve a case study.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The students are able to cope with situations related to team management in French.
