Course content
1. European French-written literatures and their specifications 2. French written Belgian literature 3. The literary canon of francophone Switzerland 4. French-written literature in Luxemburg 5. Francophone literary criticism 6. Authors writing in French living in American environments and specifics of their works 7. French-written literature in USA and Canada 8. Literature of Haiti 9. Presence of authors writing in French in South America 10. Women authors writing in French, thematic and language specifics of their expression and their individuality

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the history of French-written literature in francophone countries, its main authors and their essential written works.
Deeper understanding of the evolution of French-written literature in the world Developing the ability to interpret text as a meaningful structure Development of the competence in specialized discussion

The student successfully passes the course if they attend the classes, prepare themselves systematically for the individual classes, actively participate in seminars and study the required specialized literature and know the chosen works of fiction.
