Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the basics of tourism focused on France and the francophone countries. The emphasis is put on learning practical knowledge related to the administration of a travel agency, organization of tours and communication between the employees and the clients.
To get the basic knowledge about tourism. To be able to find solutions to every-day situations ocurring in a travel agency.
