Methods of collection and preparation of the main groups of plants and fungi (cyanobacteria and algae, fungi - Basic environmental groups, lichens, mosses, vascular plants). Types of botanical collections. Saving herbarium material and its protection, disinfection, disinsection, important collections. Methods of collection and preparation of major groups of invertebrates and vertebrates, the types of zoological collections (exsikáty, fluid preparations, konchilie molluscs dermoplastické preparations, balk) and their maintenance. Methods for the collection of geological, mineralogical and paleontological material. Caring for collections of inanimate nature. The lessons are excursions to specilizovaná workplace
