Course content
|
Use of basic gymnastics in the realization of TV teaching unit. Fundamentals of professional terminology and the possibilities of its teaching. Graphical motion recording in teacher's practice. Basic exercises in the area of acrobatics and exercises on tools suitable for implementation at the first level of schools, their correct execution, error resolution, application of correction methods and procedures. Help and rescue for given movement skills. Acrobatics: Balls, standing (on blades, on the hands), loop aside, help and rescue in acrobatics. Jump: training exercises to practice gymnastic reflection and jump, shrimp, sketch, help and rescue during overcrowding. Track: basic positions, swings, elbow, chase, help and rescue during exercise on the trapeze. Hammer: equilibrium exercises as a training for a workout on a beam, alternating walking and with accompanying arm movements, turns, equilibrium positions, jump and jump jumps, trot, jump, help and rescue during exercise on the beam.

The course deals with the analysis of the teaching of physical education. Attention is paid to the organization of teaching units, forms, resources, methods and didactic styles applied in hours of gymnastics. The aim of the course is to teach students knowledge of the correct implementation of the exercise of shapes, equip them with knowledge on the compilation of teaching practice exercise basic shapes, learn the didactic skills and knowledge of the terminology.
Students will acquire the competence to teach selected gymnastic exercise forms according to the recommended methodologies (acrobatics, vault, horizontal bar, balance beam). Able to assess the quality of the flagship of the movement, Mark apparent cause errors and induce proper corrective instruction. He can observe safety precautions when practicing tool, knows steam. Appropriately classified methodical - organizational forms and apply didactic control styles. Can demonstrate movement skills at the required level. Properly used gymnastic terminology.

Active participation in teaching (80%), Didactic Output - organization and practical management of the preparatory part of VJ TV on the basis of correctly prepared written preparation, Acquisition of methodology and practical handling of aid and rescue in acrobatics and tool exercises. Practical successful mastering of individual elements: acrobatics - free assembly with obligatory elements (forward, reverse, reclining, looping), skipping - skirt, shrimp, slider - free assembly with mandatory elements (turn, , walking with changes), trapeze - lifting and sails with rescue. Successful mastering of a written test from professional terminology.
