|
Students gain a comprehensive overview of their future profession. They learn about the organization of a class at all types of schools within their field.

Learning outcomes
|
The entry to the first period of the pedagogical practice in order to motivate the students for the field of study. The pedagogical practice is realized by the group observation which are led by the methodist of the Faculty of Education of Palacky University. The pedagogical practice is realized at schools in Olomouc region. The schools are fully organised schools and the schools where more than one year students are taught in one classroom. The students will observe first, second, third, fourth or fifth year classes of primary school. The students will also discuss the primary education questions with the headmaster of the school. The students will also visit "The Centre of environmental activities SLUŇÁKOV" to see how is worked with children out of the schools. One morning is for observing pre-school part of the nursery school and for the discussion of the questions when the child is passing from nursery school to the primary school.
Students will be equipped with the competencies they receive in connection with the content of the course and also of its objectives.

Assessment methods and criteria

Essay
100% attendance rate at selected primary schools with combined classes, fully organized primary schools in towns and villages.
