Course content
1. Principles of education management in a pre-school institution 2. Analysis of a curricular document designed for education of pre-school children 3. Project management in pre-school 4. Co-operation of a pre-school with family 5. Continuity of pre-school and primary education

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)
  • Homework for Teaching - 15 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 30 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 20 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students into issues related to pre-school education. Trends in current school system. Educational projects on concrete school conditions, classes and individuals. Cooperation of school and family.
Students will be provided with competencies that will get to the content and objectives of the course.
Prerequisites
General orientation in education and general didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio, Seminar Work

Active participation in seminars, elaboration of an education programme.
