Topics of the most important lectures: Substantive criminal law - basics of criminal liability, the concept of criminal offense, - Body of crime Crime cooperation, stages of a crime Criminal sanctions Offenses against order in public affairs Crimes against property and other crimes

Learning outcomes
|
During the course students learn the basic principles and knowledge of the Czech substantive criminal law, ie the conditions and consequences of criminal liability. Attention will be focused on the comparison with administrative criminal law and on specifics concerning criminal liability of persons working in public administration, respectively in connection with the performance of public administration, also in terms of criminal consequences of unlawful interference with the proper performance of public administration. The course will also include an excursion to a special part of the Criminal Code, focusing on offenses against order in public affairs.
