Course content
Content of the object are knowledge acquired during study of objects Substantive Criminal Law and Procedural Criminal Law 1 -3 which are especially focused on following topics: The concept of criminal law, the principles of criminal law. Competence of criminal law. The concept of crime, classification of crimes. Facts, the object of a crime. The objective side of a crime. The offender of a criminal offence. The subjective side of a crime. Circumstances excluding illegality. Stages of a crime. Complicity. Concurrence of crimes. Extinguishment of punishability, Extinguishment of punishment, Covering of sentencing The concept and the purpose of punishment. System of punishments, non-custodial punishments, probation. Sentencing. Criminal liability and the sanctioning of juveniles. Criminal liability and the sanctioning of legal persons. The concept and the subject of criminal proceedings, the basic principles of criminal proceedings. The basic principles of criminal proceedings. Persons of criminal proceedings: the accused, the defense counsel. Persons of criminal proceedings: the injured, the participant. Evidence in criminal proceedings. Detention of the accused, especially custody. Stages of criminal proceedings: pre-trial proceedings. Preliminary hearing. The trial. Standard remedial measures. Non-standard remedial measures. Specific forms of criminal proceedings.

Final state exam from Criminal law in branch of study The Law contains knowledge of objects of study Substantive Criminal Law and Procedural Criminal Law 1 -3 within them students achieved knowledge of substantive criminal law, common as well as particular part, as well as criminal procedural law.
Students shall achieve knowledge in the object of study Substantive Criminal Law as well as Procedural Criminal Law to use them in their future professional experience.
Prerequisites
Passing the object is conditioned by successful passing the objects Substantive Criminal Law and Procedural Criminal Law 1 -3 which are finished by complete commissional exam and it is essential prerequisite for graduating from the faculty.

Requirements for passing object are based on proving complex knowledge of issues which are included in objects of study Substantive Criminal Law and Procedural Criminal Law 1 -3. Student must prove major knowledge of issues including mutual connection.
