The course is part of the third pillar of the study program developing professional skills and general competence of the student. It primarily aims at developing the student's pedagogical skills, while the secondary objective is also to consolidate knowledge, since deep structured knowledge of the issue is a prerequisite for the knowledge to be passed on comprehensively. The subject follows up to the pedagogical propedeutics in the first year of study and Pedagogical activity of the I. and II. It is intended for students of the Criminal Law specialization. Within the third semester of the course, it is expected to achieve a certain level of student's pedagogical skills, therefore the student is prepared for the first time in cooperation with the supervisor for the lecture. In cooperation with the supervisor, the topic of the lecture is selected and the student is obliged to properly prepare for the teaching of the lecture, including the study of the literature set by the supervisor, to prepare the lecture and submit it to the supervisor for inspection. Subsequently, the student is entrusted with conducting the lecture with the participation of its supervisor. At the same time, the student is obliged, under the supervision of the supervisor, to actively teach according to the chosen form of study the minimum number of hours of seminar lessons.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.

Completion of this course is conditional upon the completion of the courses Scientific and Pedagogical Propedeutics I., II. and Teaching Activity in the Field of Criminal Law I. and II.
