Learning outcomes
It is a self-development course, the aim of which is for students to reach a better self-knowledge and understanding of themselves, others and group relationships through their own experience shared with other group members. The course is designed as a practical training focused not only on learning methods of personal development, but also on communicating and sharing experiences from group work. For this reason, active and unmediated participation of the student in contact teaching in seminars is crucial.
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - describe possible lines of personal development - analyze his/her own personal development processes on the basis of introspection - communicate and share subjective experiences from the implementation of techniques within the seminar, focused on personal development - appreciate openness within group work - follow the rules of maintaining trust and a safe environment in the group.
Prerequisites
The course is conceived as a practical training focused not only on the acquisition of methods of personal development, but also on communicating and sharing experiences from group work. For this reason, the active and unmediated participation of the student in contact teaching in seminars is crucial. The student is expected to be actively involved in interactive techniques and to follow the rules of a safe and confidential environment. To be eligible for graduation, the student must have a minimum of 90% participation in the seminars.
