Objectives: After completing the course, students should be able to: - Explain basic principles and rules of educational communication, - Anticipate the impact of personality and situational characteristics on the process of communication, - Choose adequate forms of communication in the educational process. Topics: Psychology of communication. Communication process, its structure and dynamics. Principles of proper communication. Basic communication skills. Claims and specificity teacher communication with students and parents. Personal and situational characteristics facilitator or inhibiting communication process. Communication exercises tied to specific educational situations.
