Learning outcomes
|
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquaint with the nature and basic characteristics of conflicts, reactions of people to them and the possibilities of their solution. The main focus will be on the mediation method, its principles, phases, the role of the mediator and the application areas. The course is practically oriented and usable across legal professions.
After completing the course, students should: - Be familiar with the characteristics of interpersonal conflicts and people's reactions to them - Know the basic ways of solving conflicts - Know the method of mediation and its application in practice - Get basic mediation skills

Student performance
For completion of the course is necessary to actively participate in seminars to the extent specified seminar leader, task fulfillment and successful colloquium.
