Learning outcomes |
The aim of the one term subject is to get the students acquainted with a reasonably new interdisciplinary approach connecting findings of law and economics. It is a significantly practically orientated subject with the aim to get the students actively acquainted with the individual areas of application of this field and at the same time to provide space for the student to practice their active knowledge of English language.
The students will be able to understand the possibilities of interdisciplinary approach of Law and Economics in individual areas of law and due to the applied educational methods such as analysis of real life situation they will be able to apply this skill in the future. |
