Participants in employment relations - rights, responsibilities, authority. unemployment benefits, retraining, adjustment, employment of foreigners. The Labour Market as a social institution

Learning outcomes
|
Students are able to clarify and describe the regulation of employment policy, labor protection, securing the right to employment, the application of active and passive feedback and employment measures to employ people who have a disadvantageous position in the labor market.
Students will be able to use after completing their theoretical knowledge and basic practical skills in the performance of their future profession.
