Course content
|
Introduction to Criminal Law. The powers and jurisdiction of the courts. Criminal proceedings. The decision in the criminal proceedings. Remedies in criminal proceedings. Principles of criminal proceedings. Subjects of criminal proceedings. Stages of criminal proceedings and their characteristics. Informatively - the procedure before prosecution (scan), initiation of prosecution and next steps in it (investigation), and abbreviated preparatory proceedings.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to acquire basic knowledge of criminal procedural law and their practical application.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
