Course content
|
History of social services and the search for quality. Definition of terms (procedural, personnel, operational standards, etc.). Objectives and methods of providing services. Protecting the rights of users. Negotiations are interested in the service. Agreement on the provision of services. Planning and the military service. The modus operandi of the social services quality standards defined by the MLSA, etc.

Learning outcomes
|
After completion of the discipline, students should be able to describe and explain social services quality standards, assess content quality standards, these standards apply in practice in determining the quality of social services
Students control the quality standards of social services and are able to apply these standards into practice.

Prerequisites
|
General knowledge of the terminology of social work and Act No. 108/2006 Coll. , On social services.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Anamnestic Method
Analysis processing specified quality standards for social work in relation to a particular institution selected social work, available for inclusion in the methodology of quality standards in the institution. Monitoring and evaluation of individual work will be done before granting the colloquium.
