Learning outcomes
|
After completing the course, the student should be able to: - define the concept of activation methods, anchor these teaching methods in the system of classification of teaching methods. In relation to the SEP of the selected school, evaluate the planned curriculum in the approbation subject. Certain suitable activation methods for fulfilling key competencies in SEP schools - evaluate the theoretical basis of activation methods in relation to the fulfillment of formulated learning objectives - apply AM to teaching their field (create preparation for teaching using specific activation methods) - explain the difference between transmissive and constructivist approach to teaching (teaching and learning) in general and prove it with practical examples. Evaluate the benefits of activation methods in the teaching process.
The student names, understands and evaluates activation methods within their field and obtains prerequisites for their application in teaching.

Prerequisites
|
Completion of the course DKU @, CKUR @. Knowledge of general and school didactics. Precise knowledge of didactic categories: curriculum, teaching objectives and their classification, teaching tasks, teaching methods, organizational forms, didactic principles, etc .. The entry condition is the expected knowledge of the curriculum from the script: Obst, O. (2017). General didactics. Olomouc: UPOL at the level of "evaluation assessment".

Assessment methods and criteria

Student performance
Active participation in teaching (seminars), continuous fulfillment of assigned tasks. Attendance is a condition for completing the course.
