Course content
Administrative law application in public administration bodies and institutions.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 8 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 20 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 80 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
This branch of administrative law is one of the most complex systems in the Czech legal system. The course deals with both theory and procedures. Some problems of criminal law will also be discussed in this course.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.
