Public administration authorities in this field and their powers and sphere of action, development of systems for social protection of population. Form of social care in the CR. State social support, social need. Subsistence. Sickness insurance and sickness benefits. Pension insurance and its allowances. Public health insurance.

|
Explanation of basic terms used in social security. International sources and valid legal norms. Social security law and its place in the Czech legal system.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.

Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Mark, Student performance
Knowledge of existing legislation. Applying the legislation knowledge on a model case for determining a title to social security. Passing a test.
