The course gives an overview of the issue of children?s rights, their exercise in our society and the basic forms of violation.The course gives an overview of the issues of children's rights, their application in our society and violations of basic forms.

Learning outcomes
|
Educating towards the ability to apply children's rights meaningfully at school and outside the school. From specific children's rights to natural human rights.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.

Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.
