Course content
Pedagogical diagnostics as a theoretical-practical discipline school didactics and its use in the classroom. Overview of methods of ascertaining diagnostic data: Observation. The questionnaire survey Oral testing Didactic test. Analysis of tasks and activities. Management of mastery learning teaching method. Sociometry. Vocational choice, career orientation.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration
Learning outcomes
Pedagogical diagnostics, its significance and methods. Pedagogical observation and its typology. Factors influencing the objectivity of observation. Systems of standardised observation. Discourse. Oral examining. Didactic tests. Methods of assessing and interpreting diagnostic examinations.
Students will be able to define basic methods of pedagogical diagnosis and use it in their teaching practice.
Prerequisites
The course has no special requirements imposed on students.

Student performance

75% attendance at lectures, active participation in seminars - evaluation of student´s activity is part of the final evaluation.
