Social control of criminality. Treating a crime offender, including effectiveness of sanctions used. Models of criminal etiology. Methodology of the field. Mehods of social control of criminality, state nad development of criminality. Situation ? analysis and description. Orientation in the main phases of working with an offender.

Learning outcomes
|
Criminology as a science. Theories of etiology of criminology. Forms of criminality. Telling the offender and the victim. Social control of criminality. Treating the offender including the effectiveness of sanctions placed. Models of criminal etiology. Methodology. Methods of social control of criminality, state and development of criminality. Situation - analysis and description. Main phases of work with the offender.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
