Public service and financing of public service, types of public budgets, budgetory procedure, public funds. Financing of social security. EU budget. Allowance and nonprofit organization.

Learning outcomes
|
Definition and interpretation of public finances, understanding of government funding, description of the area of public budgets and the main types of income and expenditure, to define and apply the rules of public funds.
Graduates will understand the issue of the functioning and financing of public administration and to focus on public budgets.
