Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to specialized scientific work, the ability to create audio-visual output from one's own research activities. Students will acquire knowledge of basics of theory of science, gain orientation in applications of mathematical logic and basics of statistics. Based on these partial pieces of knowledge they will then be able to design their own experiments for the scientific field of linguistics. The course will be broken down into four parts: theory of science, mathematical logic, statistics and experiment.
Conceptual analysis Analysis of technical text Analysis of technical text in foreign language Creation of written essay Creation of audio-visual output
