Learning outcomes
In this course we will study the so-called Digital Writing as a specific newly formed writing system within an ensemble of other writing systems and in comparison with them. The major task of the course will be for the students to design a pilot eye-tracking experiment to test the cognitive differences in reception of different writing systems (a comparative study).
