Course content
The seminar will address current topics, including technical issues related to German-speaking countries. The seminar will focus on developing communicative skills in working with the latest knowledge and information from the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 13 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of discipline is mainly vocabulary and general knowledge of the German-speaking territories. After completing the course, students should be able to: - Globally and in detail to understand German written texts (newspapers, magazines, publications) - Develop language skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing skills - Create a presentation with excerpts from radio and television media in German-speaking countries - Understand and without preparation to participate in discussions about selected topics - Interpret and comment on the currently ongoing events in the German-speaking countries - Understand German online resources
The student is able , on the basis of acquired knowledge to actively communicate , discuss and argue the thematic lines defined seminar.
Prerequisites
Active knowledge of German language ability to communicate, debate and argumentation.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Analysis of linguistic

Active participation in seminars, participation in the sub-tasks. Writing seminar work. Creating a quality of presentation of a given topic before the group.
