Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide deeper insight into selected topics of algebra (symmetric polynomials, algebraic solvability of algebraic equations) in order to extend and update knowledge of algebra courses for teaching degree in mathematics for 2nd grade of primary school. The subject was upgraded under the project "Study to expand vocational qualifications (§ 6 Decree č.317/2005 Coll.)", Reg CZ.1.07/1.3.00/19.0014.
Ability to abstract basic algebraic operations on numeric fields into more branches integrity.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the course Algebra 1.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Examination in Algebra 2 will be written and oral. The written part will be re-develop at least 2 of the 3 given exercise - this time it will exercise from pages 186 - 251st Again, it is recommended that you forward to solve all the exercises, the test will be possible to use these custom solutions. In addition to the active oral understanding summoned solutions will be demonstrated knowledge of the subject Algebra 2 (especially definitions and theorems (without proofs)) on pp 186 - 251.
