Course content
|
The course introduces students to fundamental terms of elemental mathematics, and their use at the beginning of primary school attendance. Natural numbers in the curriculum of mathematics in primary schools. Basic geometrical formations.

Learning outcomes
|
The course introduces basic method for developing young children's mathematical abilities. The goal is to train teacher (esp. primary school educators) to develop children's critical, analytic and mathematical thinking.
Students will acquire the ability to develop mathematical skills of preprimary school pupils. The knowledge gained in the RMP2 course of study is a prerequisite to successful studies in other subjects and shall be applied in the students? teaching practice

Foundation mathematics in extent basic and central school

Mark, Oral exam
active participation in the lessons, elaboration and submitting of a seminar paper, oral exam.
