Course content
|
Mathematics and its importance within the group of natural and technical sciences. Rudiments of logic and set theory. Numeral systems. Rudiments of algebra, Boolean algebra. Discrete mathematics (combinatorics, graph theory).

Learning outcomes
|
The course acquaints students with mathematics and its importance in the natural sciences and technology, as well as the basic knowledge of logic and set theory, numerical systems and disciplines and basic knowledge of algebra, Boolean algebra and discrete mathematics (combinatorics, graph theory).
Sznoptic knowledge of mathematics in the range suitable for further study of Information Technologies in Education.
