The course is divided into two parts. The first four meetings are with the heads of the department focused on administrative matters and the agenda related to the course of study. The second part will be conducted by Mgr. Karel Čapka, who will focus with the students on basic insight into the mass media. We will define the terms media, mass media, look at the history of mass media, focus on the Czech mass media environment and look at how different contents are created. The course concludes with an exam on the information presented in the second part.
