<ol> <li>Computer networks: its structure, architecture, standards, data transfer attributes and technologies. <li>Local area networks: technologies and protocols. <li>Wide area networks: technologies and protocols. <li>Netowk interconnection devices: switch, bridge, router. <li>Internet: its history, characteristics, IP, TCP, UDP protocols. <li>Internal services, algorithms and protocols: DHCP, DNS, firewall, QoS, forwarding, NAT. <li>Application protocols: HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP, IMAP, SSH. </lo>
