Course content
|
There is currently an increasing emphasis on supporting teaching staff. Supporting teaching staff primarily means preventing burnout syndrome, helper syndrome, and abuse of power, as well as supporting individuals from different social groups. Topics: 1. Teaching profession - teaching staff 2. Risks associated with the teaching profession 3. Supervision 4. Coaching 5. Mentoring 6. Practical exercises - Balint group, WTI, case supervision, group supervision.

Learning outcomes

- Identification of risk factors of the teaching profession, - The definition of the support needs of teaching staff: support when working with clients, supporting the work team, managers support, support professional growth, promotion of non-work life, - Defining the various forms of support - its features and principles
- Knowledge of the forms of support, - Ability to assess the need for aid and the ability to design an adequate form - Ability to formulate an order for support

Oral exam
Conditions for completing: - active participation in lectures and seminars, - permitted absence max. 2x in necessary or significant cases, - propose an activity within the framework of support for ped. workers - passing the exam - oral For those with an individual plan: - the above + applies: - support proposal for a social pedagogue (theoretically anchored)
