Introduction to Pastoral Psychology The relationship of psychology and spirituality of man Motivation Setting limits for the Pastoral Care Defensive personality styles Stress and burnout Assistant syndrome Special pastoral challenges

Lecture, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
Gaining knowledge about the pitfalls of the role of pastoral worker (whether priest or layman). Challenging issues and situations that one can encounter in pastoral work.
Students will better understand the precarious situation that brings contemporary pastoral care from the perspective of psychology.
