Course content
During the course, the following topics will be discussed: - pedagogical worker - risks related to the pedagogical profession (burnout syndrome, power syndrome, helper syndrome) - possibilities for supporting pedagogical workers (supervision, coaching, mentoring) - group therapy - Balint group - managerial supervision - coaching interview

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Attendace - 8 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
- Identification of risk factors of the teaching profession, - The definition of the support needs of teaching staff: support when working with clients, supporting the work team, managers support, support professional growth, promotion of non-work life, - Defining the various forms of support - its features and principles
- knowledge of forms of support, - ability to evaluate the need for support and the ability to design an adequate form - ability to formulate a contract for support

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Conditions for completing: - active participation in lectures and seminars, - propose an activity within the framework of support for ped. workers - passing the exam For those with an individual plan: - the above + applies: - support proposal for a social pedagogue (theoretically anchored) Current conditions and deadlines are listed in Moodle.
