Course content
|
Under the guidance and supervision of supervisors, students will prepare and deliver a specified number of micro-teaching sessions. Students can find the methodology and a detailed description of the internship content in the course's Moodle section.

Learning outcomes
|
The purpose of this practice is to acquire concrete abilities for planning and organizing free-time activities for children, youth, and adults.
Students will be able to prepare and organize interest activities (or their parts) according to instructions and under supervision of senior employees.

Prerequisites
|
First of all the students are due to pass a range of pedagogical subjects and in all cases they must be legally capable to work with children and the youth (i.e. it is not probihited for them to work with children and the youth), and adults.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio
Student is due to register for the practice. The registration conditions are given on the website www.ipraxe.upol.cz. Student is due to be present at the working place the given numer of hours, which is at least 6 hours a day (i.e. a 100% attendace is reguired ). The student is expected to fullfil the tasks given by the department as well as he/she should participace actively in the activities required by his/her mentor. The student is obliged to submit the first version of the final thesis and internship diary (according to the methodological form) within two weeks from the date of completion of the internship, the recognition of which is a condition for granting credit. The student must be present at the introductory and final seminars for internships. Students with individual study plan (after agreement with the internship mentor) complete the internship in the same way as distance study program students, according to the applicable methodology.
