Course content
Ongoing professional practice takes the form of joint and individual excursions in selected organizations. Students will get acquainted with the mission of the organization, the nature of target groups, educational and activation activities, marketing, basic legislative and financial aspects, etc.

Learning outcomes
Continuous practice takes the form of joint and individual excursions in organizations where a social pedagogue can apply. It is aimed at understanding the organization and its services. These are charity services, DDM, children's homes, etc.
The student is able to characterize the mission of relevant organizations. Students will gain an overview of activities (social, leisure, educational) that have their specificity in relation to target groups. The student is able to elaborate a case report of the organization.
Prerequisites
First of all the students are due to pass a range of pedagogical subjects and in all cases they must be legally capable to work with children and the youth (i.e. it is not probihited for them to work with children and the youth), and adults.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio, Seminar Work

The student will provide an overview of the visited facilities by brief description. It will be based on an analysis of available documents, which will be expanded to include a reflection on the visit and an interview with the relevant staff. When processing the case report will proceed in accordance with the methodology for practice. The student must be present at the introductory and final seminars for the practice. Students with individual study plan (after agreement with the internship mentor) complete the excursions in the same way as students of the distance learning program, according to the applicable methodology.
