Course content
The Catechumenate, the Catechesis based on scholastic theology, the catechetical Movement, the Renewal of Catechesis based on the second Vatican Council.

Learning outcomes
In this subject the students are introduced to the history of Catechesis in central and western Europa in the context of political and social changes.
The Students will be able to focus and critical assessment of current catechetical in central and western Europe.
Prerequisites
basic knowledge of one of the world's languages.

The active participation in the seminary.
