Course content
Need of family policy in the context of changes in the field of the family; contemporary family policy topics; approaches to family policies in the OECD countries; policy making (approaches, subjects); objectives, measures, impact and their discussion; evolution of the family policy in the Czech context; contemporary Czech family policy.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook)
  • Attendace - 24 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 6 hours per semester
Learning outcomes

The students should be able to characterize the importance of the family in the contemporary society, justify the need of a family policy, present basic models of family policies and discuss their advantages, disadvantages and conditions, describe the contemporary Czech family policy.
Prerequisites
- orientation in social policy of state.
