Course content
In lectures will be discussed and in seminars will be practiced both classical sociological theorie of leisure (functionalistic, interactionistic, neomarxistic, on habitus based etc.) and new theories of leisure (decentralized leisure, mcdonaldization, ikeization, leisure as landscape). Serious leisure will be emphasized as well as research of leisure including the catalogue of leisure activities build at Sts Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Theology.

Learning outcomes
The aim of course is to introduce key theoretical attitudes to leisure including possible research strategies of leisure.

Prerequisites
The course has prerequisites. Learning outcomes of Social pedagogy I and Pedagogy of leisure are expected.

Seminar Work, Written exam

The course is completed with continuous homework and a final test.
