Learning outcomes |
Course objectives: The optional subject will provide students with the opportunity to extend their professional language competences in German civil law. The course is aimed at providing students with necessary background in German civil Law , as well as improving general language skills.
Students completing this subject will gain partial basic knowledge from German civil law including legal terminology and skills in the area of listening to authentic legal texts and communication about them. |

Prerequisites - other information about course preconditions NONE For successful completion of this course it is necessary to have at least basic knowledge of civil law (at least 2 semesters) and good level of knowledges of general German.

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher. |
