Kontrolle allgemeiner Geschäftsbedingungen, Fall Heinz - deutsche Rechtsprechung als Inspiration für das neue tschechische ZGB 4. + 5. Eigentum - Schutz des Eigentums und des Besitzes, Einschränkung des Eigentümers, Videofall Der Entsorgte Pkw 6. Verschuldenshaftung: Vorsatz, Fahrlässigkeit, Haftung ohne Verschulden 7. + 8. Schadensersatz I. Zahlungskartenvertrag, Vertragsverletzung, Fahrlässigkeit, Videofall PIN 9. + 10. Schadensersatz II. Haftung des Arztes, Videofall Ärztliche Aufklärungspflicht. 11. + 12. Learning outcomes |
The optional subject will provide students with the opportunity to extend their professional language competences in German civil law. The course is aimed at providing students with necessary background in German civil Law, as well as improving general language skills.
Legal vocabulary, grammar, communicative skills, reading, writing, listening, giving opinions. |
Prerequisites |
For successful completion of this course it is necessary to have at least basic knowledge of civil law (at least 2 semesters) and good level of knowledges of general German.
