Learning outcomes
Subject aims to improve students´ knowledge of English legal terminology in areas that have not been studied yet in the 1st and 2nd year of the Master study programme. It is planned to focus on English legal terminology used in the European judicial cooperation, both in criminal and civil matters. Students will work with case studies and will prepare a mock trial. It will enable students to improve their skills to communicate in English in different legal situations.
This subject extends language skills and knowledge of a foreign legal language.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject NESP1.

Student performance

It is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
