Subject aims to improve students´ knowledge of English legal terminology in areas that have not been studied yet in the 1st and 2nd year of the Master study programme. It is planned to focus on English legal terminology used in the European judicial cooperation, both in criminal and civil matters; terminology for ares such as EAW, or corporations and contracts is going to be studied in details. Students will improve their skills to communicate in English in different legal situations.
This subject extends language skills and knowledge of a foreign legal language. |

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher. |
