The subject concentrates on selected problematic issues in the psychology of music. Special attention is paid to the taxonomy of music psychology as a scientific discipline, its main phases and streams, its principal personalities, the processes of perception and apperception of music, the musical development of individuals in its ontogenesis, and issues bearing on music psychology and pedagogy (musicality, talent, aptitude, skills, motivation, learning, diagnostics, transfer, musical creativity, etc.)
