After passing the subject the student: - should be informed about the characteristic elements of the interpretation in the context of the historical development of music, - has the knowledge of the issues of the interpretation concept of a particular choral composition, - knows what elements to focus on in the choral interpretation, - theoretically knows what a stylistic interpretation should look like, - by listening to the performance of various choirmasters, he can characterize differences in the interpretation concept, - has the knowledge of the choral production of the most significant Czech and world authors of the 20th century, - has an overview of the interpretation of the selected choral and cantata compositions by Leoš Janáček, Bohuslav Martinů and Zdeňek Lukáš, - by listening (or by the knowledge of the score) knows the choral parts (or their choral adaptations) of the most famous musicals (Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story and others),
