1. Introduction: The Jagiellonians 2. Vladislav II and his accession to the Bohemian throne-controversy with Matthias Corvinus 3. The Treaty of Olomouc, the two kings of Bohemia and Vladislav as King of Hungary 4. The Road to Vladislav's Code 5. Louis of Jagiello and the end of the Jagiellonian dynasty 6. Learning outcomes |
The seminar will focus on the Czech history of the Jagiellonian Age, dealing with political and social history, considering religious, gender, and social changes at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. The seminar will, among other things, consider future undergraduate state questions.
